So, you want a training plan?
Well, you’re in the right place! Whether you want to train for your first race; 5K or 10K, half marathon, a full marathon or even an ultra marathon, or you want to improve your current personal best.
The fact that you’re here on this page, says that you’re ready, or at least you’re thinking about changing; from being a ‘runner‘, who just runs, to an athlete, who ‘trains‘. An athlete who is committed to putting in the work and is ready to reap the rewards several months down the line, whilst the runners keep on ‘just running’.
I’ve been there. I’ve done them. I’ve had success and I’ve had bad times during races. I’ve learned from each experience.
I’ve been on podiums and I’ve helped my clients to get on podiums! Everybody who has asked me to help them to achieve a realistic target has achieved.
Some people want a running training plan to help them simply to get fit or healthy or even lose weight.
Some people want to train for the armed forces or emergency services to pass their fitness tests. As an ex member of the British armed forces, I’m in a brilliant position to help you get in shape for your entry tests!
